The Kansas Association of Beverage Retailers sponsors a number of events each year.  The Annual Business Meeting and Board Meetings are open to all members in good standing.  We encourage member participation in all events.

Conferences have become even more important as KABR establishes policies and sets strategies for fighting for Kansas small businesses against the Big Box Liquor proposals and many other proposed changes to Kansas liquor laws.  We also provide updates relating to State laws and regulations regarding retail sales, tastings, and other regulatory issues.

Education seminars are very important to keep you and your employees abreast of current laws and regulations pertaining to operating a Kansas licensed retail liquor store.  KABR recommends that all licensed retailers attend training every two years and be certain that their employees have earned their certificates of training.
