KABR is a sponsor member of Kansas Legislative Education and Research, Inc. (KLEAR). On Feb. 4, KABR will give a short presentation regarding our position regarding the Big Box Liquor proposal. Members are welcome to attend. It is also an opportunity to schedule an appointment to meet with your legislators.
KLEAR is a non-profit organization made up solely of Kansas legislators and formed for the purpose of providing legislative analysis, education, and research based upon the "LIFT" principles of Limited government, Individual liberty, Free enterprise, and Traditional family values. Since its founding by several Kansas legislators in 1999, KLEAR has been a principled source of public policy research and evaluation for hundreds of Kansas lawmakers.
