Retailer Briefing - Kansas Off-Premise Liquor Licenses: Who can apply?

Kansas retailers will convene next Friday for an online webinar with Debbi Beavers, Director of Alcoholic Beverage Control, and Audra Shughart, ABC LIcensing Manager.  

Since the courts ruled residency requirements unconstitutional, we've known that out of state entities would begin coming to Kansas seeking liquor store licenses.  This is happening now - which means it is a good time to be educated about who is and who is not eligible for a Kansas license.  We will also talk about commercial practices allowed for off-premise retail.
